Spatial vision & materiality

Monumental corporate and institutional pavilion in Bethesda featuring structural glass facades, multi-level interior voids, and mineral finishes.

Avenue Pavilion represents the pinnacle of corporate architectural engineering in the heart of Bethesda's high-end commercial district. Centered around a soaring atrium connecting four exhibition tiers, the building filters daylight through dark anodized aluminum louvers. The subterranean level houses VIP conference chambers and immersive executive showrooms.
